🧺 Village life — clubs, traditions, events
A village does not live by work alone. This section recalls the community life of Rašov — the volunteer fire brigade founded in 1894 (in Czech villages, the fire brigade has always been as much a social institution as an emergency service), cultural events, festivities, and shared work such as feather stripping on winter evenings.
You will find objects, documents, club chronicles and photographs of the occasions that brought the village together. Part of this story is the village chronicle, kept continuously since 1924 — and the history lectures the chronicler organises in the local pub to this day.
